Basic configuration of stainless steel emulsification tank

The stainless steel emulsification tank is configured according to the parameters provided by the customer:


The tank body and cover of the emulsification tank can be designed as single-layer, double-layer, three-layer, etc. (design according to specific requirements). Emulsification tanks with double-layer and single-layer structures can be heated and condensed through cold conductors and hot conductors in the inner tank between layers.


The feed opening of the emulsification tank can be designed into three types: semi-open, manhole and flanged closed.


The dispersing and emulsification of the emulsification tank can be designed into a high shear emulsification tank and a dispersion head; a high shear emulsification tank, a dispersion head and a low speed stirring head; a high shear emulsification tank, a dispersion head and an emulsification pump (external emulsification), etc. According to the production process, choose in-tank dispersion emulsification or circulating dispersion emulsification.


The working mode of the emulsification tank is feeding from the upper part and discharging from the side or bottom.


The emulsification tank can be equipped with control box, manhole, observation window, pressure gauge, liquid level gauge, cleaning ball, sight glass and other accessories as required.
